All Value 5 Packs purchased are non-refundable and expire 6 months after their purchase date. They can be used as frequent or infrequent during that time period as desired. Value packs cannot be shared among family and friends; solely for the individual who purchased the Value Pack.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase within the next 24 hours via email. Following your purchase, feel free to book an upcoming massage session. It is at the conclusion of your massage that you will receive a hard copy of your Value Pack.
Please note, traditional gratuity has not been included in the sales price. As always, though it is not expected, it is appreciated. If you are wanting to give gratuity to your therapist, you may do so at the conclusion of each of your sessions purchased in the Value Pack.
